Definition of "Unresolved": Means that we have completed all available means to resolve a case but there remains a stalemate between us and IRD, and there is no clear path forward. Definition of "Resolved": That an outcome has been determined, which could include one or more of the following: - Lump sum full payment;
- Part lump sum and part instalment arrangement;
- Part lump sum and part write off;
- Part lump sum, part instalment arrangement and part write off;
- Part instalment arrangement and part write off;
- Full instalment arrangement;
- Full write off;
- Bankruptcy;
- Liquidation;
- Criminal Prosecution;
- Our client has dispensed with our services, for whatever reason.
